Annuity Lawsuit|American Investors Life Insurance Company

    Mr. Strom, I have a 70 yr old client who bought a fixed indexed IRA annuity from AVIVA Life Insurance Company.

    AVIVA is trying to take all of his interest and index gains from his policy because he is going take a 8 year annuitization payout.

    The policy language regarding this is ‘incomprehensible”. I imagine there are many other senior’s that have been denied their full interest/index gains too.

    Can you help? This may result in another class action suit.
