Since 2012, Jessica has been an associate with the Strom Law Firm, and has focused her practice on Plaintiff’s civil litigation, representing individuals and families in a wide range of legal issues including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, civil rights violations, and mass torts. Jessica also handles professional licensing matters, representation before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court, and represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment related disputes.
Prior to joining the Strom Law Firm team, Jessica worked as a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge J. Cordell Maddox, Jr., in Anderson, South Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and her law degree from the University of South Carolina.
Jessica is admitted to the South Carolina bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and has been admitted pro hac vice in the Middle District of Georgia, as well as the Southern District of West Virginia. Jessica is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the South Carolina Young Lawyer’s Division, and has volunteered with the South Carolina Appleseed Legal Justice Center.
